Return and Refund Policy
The quality of all products distributed by Calivita International B.V., Rotterdam is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in any condition (ie: opened or unopened) via parcel post within eight (8) calendar days of receipt of the product, for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, plus delivery costs that were added to the invoice for the purchase of the subject product. The product you are returning must be picked up by, or delivered to the post office, as evidenced by the postal receipt that you should retain, by the close of business on the eighth (8th) calendar day after the product was delivered to you, as evidenced by the initial postal delivery receipt. In the event of such a return, you must contact our call center by dialing: + 31 10 205 22 55 or +31 10 205 22 56 with the details, so they can arrange for your refund. Unfortunately, accounting regulations do not allow us to refund your cost of sending the product back to is.
A refund is available only within the first eight (8) calendar days after receiving the product. After that time, the Calivita International B.V., Rotterdam product guarantee is limited to replacing damaged, defective, or expired product with a new piece of identical product. In such cases, please contact our call center with the details, including reasons for return, so that we can arrange to deliver your replacement product. In order to be eligible to receive replacement product, you must return the unused portion of damaged or defective product to the company for inspection, via parcel post. In jurisdictions where the limitations described in this paragraph are not permitted, the product guarantee policy of Calivita International B.V., Rotterdam will be in accordance with the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction.
